IIT KHARAGPUR INVITES APPLICATIONS VARIOUS NON-TEACHING POSITIONS

Applications are invited for following posts on contract basis:

Name of Posts:

1. Junior Technician: (No. of Posts -15)
Pay Band: 5200-20200/- (PB-1) with Grade Pay ` 2000/- and other allowances as admissible.
Qualification & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Science or equivalent in appropriate field OR Diploma in Engineering of three years duration in appropriate field.

2. Junior Laboratory Assistant: (No. of Posts - 8)
Pay Band: 5200-20200/- (PB-1) with Grade Pay ` 2000/- and other allowances as admissible.
Qualification & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Science or equivalent in appropriate field OR Diploma in Engineering of three years duration in appropriate field.

3. Junior Laboratory Assistant (Legal / Accounts): (No. of Posts - 2)
Pay Band: 5200-20200/- (PB-1) with Grade Pay 2000/- and other allowances as admissible.
Qualification & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in commerce or Bachelor’s degree in Law. Experience and knowledge in computer applications, accounting, exposure to Office procedure are essential.

4. Junior Assistant: (No. of Posts - 10)
Pay Band: 5200-20200/- (PB-1) with Grade Pay 2000/- and other allowances as admissible.
Qualification & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, Computer key depression speed equivalent to 40 WPM is essential.
