DIRECTORATE OF SCHOOL EDUCATION, PUDUCHERRY RECRUITMENT-2013, FOR THE POST OF PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHER:- Government of Puducherry Directorate Of School Education invites application for the post of Primary School Teacher. Interested and eligible candidates may apply for the post, details are given as follows:-

NAME OF THE POST: Primary School Teacher

 NUMBER OF VACANCIES:

• Puducherry and Karaikal – 150
• Mahe - 10
• Yanam – 11

PAY SCALE: Rs. 9,300 – 34,800 + Grade pay Rs. 4200

AGE LIMIT: Age of the applicant should be between 18 to 32 years of age. Relaxation as per the GOI rules.

EDUCATIONAL AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION:-

• A candidate should be pass in Higher Secondary or its equivalent with 50 % marks in aggregate.
• Candidate should have atleast 2Yearr diploma in Teacher Education or Certificate in Basic Teacher’s Training
• Applicant should have studied the particular Regional language
• Candidate should be CTET/TNTET/Kerala TET/ AP TET Passed.
• Only those who are natives of union territory or from the past 5 years are only eligible to apply for this post.
