INDIAN COUNCIL OF MEDICAL RESEARCH (ICMR) RECRUITMENT - 2013, FOR THE POST OF TECHNICAL ASSISTANT:- Indian Council Of Medical Research ICMR invites application for the post of technical assistant in an ad-hoc Project in the Indian Journal of Medical Research on temporary basis:-

NAME OF THE POST:-

• Technical Assistant

AGE LIMIT:-

• Age of the Applicant should not exceed 30 years.

SALARY:-

• Selected candidate will get salary of amount Rs. 24,300/- per month fixed.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION:-

Applicant should have done BCA/three years Graduate Degree course in Computer Science with two years experience in Programming, Software Development and Data Management.

                                                     OR

BCA/three years Graduate Degree course in Computer Science with one year Certificate Course in relevant area and one year experience in Programming, Software Development and Data management.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATION:-

A candidate who posses Master’s Degree in Computer Science (MCA) / M.Sc in Computer Science from a recognized university or equivalent will be preferred.

JOB DESCRIPTION:-

A candidate who is selected will work in the editorial section of the Indian Journal of Medical Research and will be associated with the Journal and among other assignments, And will also be responsible for helping in development and maintenance of  IJMR databases.

*NOTE:  The post is purely temporary till the duration of the project and co-terminus with the project.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS: -

• Applicants who fulfill the criteria will be called to attend the interview at "ICMR Headquarters, Ansari Nagar, New Delhi". date is to be announced later.
• Candidates are required to submit the application on a plain paper along with the recent passport size color photograph and attested copies of other necessary and relevant documents (Certificate in support of proof of age, Certificate in support of qualification).
• Candidates are requested to mention their phone number and email-id in the application form so that it is possible to communicate with the applicants in future.
• Candidates called for the interview are requested to bring five set of photocopies of their documents as well as the original ones for verification purpose at the time of interview.
• No TA/DA will be paid to the candidates who will be attending the interview.
