WEST BENGAL STATE ELECTRICITY DISTRIBUTION COMPANY LIMITED (WBSEDCL) RECRUITMENT–2013, FOR THE POST OF JUNIOR EXECUTIVE (FINANCE) & OFFICE EXECUTIVE: - West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company Limited invites application for the post of Junior Executive (Finance) and Office Executive. Details for the same is given below, Interested and eligible candidates may apply for the same.

NAME AND NUMBER OF VACANCIES:-

• Junior Executive (Finance) (Number of Vacancies: 30)
• Office Executive (Number of Vacancies: 490)

PAY SCALE:-

• Junior Executive (Finance): Rs. 9,300/- to Rs. 34,800 with grade pay of Rs. 4,700/- (Gross salary will be 28,100/- P.M. Approx)
• Office Executive: Rs. 6,300/- to Rs. 20,200/- with grade pay of Rs. 3600/- (Gross salary will be 19,800/- P.M. Approx)

AGE LIMIT:-
A candidate applying for the post must be between 18 to 27 Years of age.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:-

• Junior Executive (Finance): To apply for this post a candidate should have Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university +CA/ICWA.
• Office Executive: To apply for this post a candidate should have:
• Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university with minimum 50% marks
• Must have passed ‘O’ level certificate from National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology (NIELIT) earlier DOEACC SOCIETY, Government of India.

OR

• 1 Year computer application course from the institute recognized by West Bengal State Council of Technical Education.

OR

• 1 Year Diploma in Modern Office Practice and Management from the institute recognized by West Bengal State Council of Technical Education.

APPLICATION FEE:-

• Junior Executive (Finance): For this post the application fees is Rs. 400/- (Rs. 240/- For PH Candidates)
• Office Executive: For this post the application fees is Rs. 250/- (Rs. 150/- For PH Candidates)

*Note: No fees will be charged from the SC/ST candidates.

• The above mention amount of fees should be deposited through a triplicate Challan in any branch of Union Bank Of India.
• Candidate can download the challan from the WEBSITE of the company and need to carry the hard copy of Challan to present in from of bank in order to submit fee.

PROBATION PERIOD:
Selected candidates will be under probation period for 1 Year.

SELEECTION PROCEDURE:-
Candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in Written Test, Computer Proficiency Test and Interview.

HOW TO APPLY:-

1. Interested candidates found themselves eligible can apply online for the post.
2. Candidates need to have a valid Mobile Number and E-mail ID, as all the communication will be done through E-mail ID and phone number.
3. Candidate first need to pay fees as mentioned above and collect their Transaction ID and SOL ID from the bank, as this will be required for online registration.
4. Then candidate has to revisit the website and click on “Recruitment for the Post of Jr. Executive (Finance) / Office Executive (Notification No.: MPP/2013/07)” to apply online. http://wbsedcl.eadmissions.net/ already registered users can directly sign and new users have to click on Apply Online tab to proceed further. 
5. Candidates have to fill up the details visible on the first page and then click in the submit tab to proceed to next page.
6. UR and OBC candidates are now required to download challan form and follow the fee payment procedure.
7. After successfully filling up all the details click in save and submit tab.
8. For UR/OBC candidates Login ID/Application No and Password shall be sent by E-Mail and SMS and for  SC/ST candidates shall receive their Application No and Password after they completely submit the form.
9. After the submission of dully filled application form candidates have to take out a printed copy of the Application Registration Slip.
10. Candidate has to affix a recent photograph and sign on Registration Application Slip.
11. Enclose the following documents:-

• Bank’s copy of Challan
• Caste Certificate 
• Disability Certificate (if applicable)
• Proof for Ex--Serviceman (if applicable)
• Proof of Age
• Pass Certificate of Academic & Professional qualifications.

*Note: The certificates should be attested by the Gazetted Officer.
