Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission Itanagar Recruitment-2013, For The Post of Assistant Soil Conservation Officer (ASCO) (Qualification: Degree in Agriculture/Horticulture/Forestry or soil Science): Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission invites application for the post of Assistant Soil Conservation Officer (ASCO) candidates who are eligible and willing to fill up the current vacancy at APPSC may apply before 20th November, 2013 as per the specification given below:-

NAME OF THE POST: Assistant Soil Conservation Officer (ASCO)

NUMBER OF THE VACANCY: 02 Post

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: 

• For APST candidate applying for the post of APPSC should have a degree in Agriculture/Horticulture/Forestry or Soil Science from recognized University/Board.
• For General candidate applying for the post of APPSC should have a degree in Agriculture/Horticulture/Forestry or Soil Science with specialization in Soil survey and 2(two) years experience in the line in any Government or semi Government Organization. 

MODE OF SELECTION: Written test followed by an interview.

PAY SCALE: PB-3 Rs. 15,600-39,100/- plus Grade pay of Rs. 5400/- PM

APPLICATION FEE: Candidates willing to apply for the post of Assistant Soil Conservation Officer (ASCO) have to obtain the application form from the Commission's office Itanagar, on payment of Rs. 120/- only for APST candidates and Rs. 210/- only for General Candidates in cash.

Note: Fee is not accepted in any other form.

HOW TO APPLY:-

Candidates applying for the post of APPSC need to submit application form in prescribed format of AP Public Service Commission, Itanagar. Along with the duly filled up application, candidates must enclose the following:- 

a) 2 (two) copies of recent color pass-part size photographs with self attestation in the front size which should be pasted on the space provided in the application farm and attendance sheet.

b) Attested copies of certificates and marksheets or provisional certificates issued by the Assistant Registrar/Registrar/Dy. Controller/Controller of Examination Vice-Chancellor of the concerned University to ascertain educational qualification.

c) Attested copy of Matriculation Certificate for proof of age issued by the Board only will be accepted to ascertain the age of candidate.

d) Attested copy of APST certificate.

e) Attested copy of PRC in case of General Candidates.

f) Candidates are required to choose one of the optional subject (Agriculture,Horticulture,Forestry,Soil Science)

Note:-

• Envelope should be superscribed with the “Application for the post of Assistant Soil Conservation Officer (ASCO)-2013". 
• Candidates already in service may apply with NOC
