DETAILS FOR THE POST OF U.P. PALIKA (CENTRALIZED) HEALTH SERVICES (FOOD AND SANITARY INSPECTOR HEALTH SERVICES):-

Number of vacancy: 128 post

Nature of the post: Temporary non-gazette 

Educational Qualification: Candidates applying for the post of Food and Sanitary Inspector Health Services must have done a degree course in food technology/Dairy Technology/Bio-Technology/Oil Technology/Agriculture Science/Veterinary Science/Bio- Chemistry/Micro-Biology From recognized University Or post graduate in chemistry Or Degree in Medicine Or its equivalent. 

Age Limit: Candidates applying for the post of Food and Sanitary Inspector Health Services must be between 21 to 40 years.

DETAILS FOR THE POST OF ALLOPATHIC MEDICAL OFFICER:-

Number of vacancy: 3276 post

Probation period: Candidates initially selected for the post of allopathic medical officer will be under probation period of two years.

Educational Qualification: Candidates applying for the post of Allopathic Medical Officer direct recruitment must possess M.B.B.S. degree of a university recognized by the Medical Council of India. A Candidate who possess a post-graduate Degree/ Diploma in Medical or Health Sciences in a particular subject of a University recognized by the Medical Council of India or the Uttar Pradesh Medical Council shall be given preference in the matter of direct recruitment.

Age Limit: Candidates applying for the post of Food and Sanitary Inspector Health Services must be between 21 to 40 years.

HOW TO APPLY:-

• For the post at UPPSC candidates have to  APPLY ONLINE by clicking on candidate’s registration and get registered for the respective post.
• After a successful registration a registration slip is generated candidates are required to take a print out the registration slip. (Specimen at appendix-3)
• After that candidates need to get an E-Challan print out of the State Bank of India or Punjab National Bank, the specimen of which are given at appendix-4 and appendix-5 respectively and pay the application fee in any of the branches of respective bank, applicants are responsible for issuing a candidates copy of challan from the bank which clearly specifies the details such as transaction id and date.
• Candidates have to revisit the website to complete the online application procedure by submitting the photograph and signature and finally click on submit button.

Note: Once submit button is selected no modifications can be made.
