STAFF SELECTION COMMISSION (SSC) RECRUITMENT-2013, FOR THE POST OF STENOGRAPHER GRADE “C” & “D”:-

STAFF SELECTION COMMISSION (SSC) RECRUITMENT-2013, FOR THE POST OF STENOGRAPHER GRADE “C” & “D”:- STAFF SELECTION COMMISSION (SSC) has issued a notice and invites application for the post of Stenographer Grade “C” & “D” interested candidates who satisfy the eligibility criteria may apply for the post as details are as follows:-

NAME OF THE POST: Stenographer Grade“C” & “D”.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: It is essential for the applying candidate to have passed 12 standards from a recognized board or university.

AGE LIMIT: Age of the applying candidate should be above 18 years and not more than 27 years.

APPLICATION FEE: Applying candidates have to pay Rs. 100/- only. Women, SC/ST and Ex-servicemen candidates are exempted from the fee.

*Note: Candidates availing reservation must possess the certificate in prescribed format at the time of Skill Test.

MODE OF PAYMENT:-
For Online Submission of Form:-
  • Candidates can pay the fee online through SBI net banking or through SBI Bank Challan.
  • Candidates who wish to pay through online SBI net Banking may proceed directly to part II registration.
  • For those who want to deposit cash through Challan are requested to take a print-out of SBI Challan form after completion of part I registration and deposit the requisite amount of cash in any SBI Bank Branch and then proceed to part II registration.
*Note: Payment through credit cards and debit cards will not be available.

For Off-line Submission of Form:-
  • For candidates submitting the offline paper application have to submit the fee by means of "Central Recruitment Fee Stamps (CRFS)".
*Note: Candidates may please note that non-cancellation of stamps from the concerned Post Office in the manner indicated above, may lead to rejection of his/her application form. Therefore, it is in the interest of candidates that they get the CRFS cancelled from the concerned Post Office.

HOW TO APPLY:-
For Candidates Applying Online:-
  • Candidates have to visit the website to APPLY ONLINE 
  • The online application form is in two parts Part I Registration and Part II Registration
  • Candidates are suggested to fill up the details correctly as once pressed “I agree” button no change in the application is possible.
  • After successful submission of application a provisional registration number and transaction ID will be generated, candidates are advised to note this registration number and Transaction ID for future purpose.
  • The application is incomplete without part II registration which includes payment procedure and uploading of image and signature.
  • Image: The scanned image should be of 8 bit JPG format and size of the image should be less than 12 Kb but more than 4 Kb of resolution 100 pixel widths by 120 pixels height.
  • Signature: The scanned signature should be of 8 bit JPG format and size of the image should be less than 12 Kb but more than 1 Kb of resolution 140 pixel widths by 60 pixels height.
For Candidates Applying Off-Line (Paper Application):-
  • Candidates applying off-line through paper application are advised to submit the application in pre-defined format of ANNEXURE-I.
  • The dully completed application is to be submitted only to the concerned Regional/Sub Regional Office of the Commission under whose jurisdiction the Center selected by him / her falls.
*Note:-
  • The concerned Regional/Sub Regional Office of the Commission to whom the application is to be submitted is described in the detail advertisement.
  • Application received in any other Regional/Sub Regional Office of the Commission will be rejected.
MODE OF EXAMINATION: Examination procedure will include Written Test followed by a Skill Test.

*Note:-
  • Candidate is requested to carry at least one photo identity proof at the time of examination such as driving license Voter Card, Aadhaar Card, Identity Card issued by University/College, Income Tax Pan Card.
  • Candidates have to bring two (2) color photographs along with them.

EXAMINATION DATE: Applying candidates have to appear for the exam on 29th December, 2013.

LAST DATE: Last date to apply for this post is 26th October, 2013.
