(TCIL) invites application for the vacancy of Call Center Executive & District Coordinator interested candidates who find themselves eligible for the job may apply as per the specifications given below:-

DETAILS FOR THE POST OF CALL CENTER EXECUTIVE:-

Educational Qualification: Candidate applying for the post of Call Center Executive should have a bachelor degree in any discipline.

Professional Qualification: Applying candidate must have done One year Diploma in Computer or any other equivalent qualification in Computer Science/ Computer from a recognized institute.

Experience: For the post of Call Center Executive candidate should posses 1 year of experience in (Call Center / H/W engineering / customer support preferred)

Emoluments: Selected candidates will get Rs. 7,000/- to 15, 000/- p.m. depending upon the experience of the candidates.

DETAILS FOR THE POST OF DISTRICT COORDINATOR:-

Educational Qualification: Candidate applying for the post of District Coordinator should have a bachelor degree in any discipline.

Professional Qualification: Applying candidate must have done One year Diploma in Computer or any other equivalent qualification in Computer Science/ Computer from a recognized institute

Experience: For the post of District Coordinator candidate should posses 2 year  of experience in (Call Center / H/W engineering / customer support preferred)

Emoluments: Selected candidates will get Rs. 7,000/- to 15, 000/- p.m. depending upon the experience of the candidates.

CONTRACT PERIOD:  Initially for both the post candidate will be selected for the period of one year and can be extended further on the basis of performance.
