NAME OF THE POST: Divisional Manager – Legal

JOB LOCATION: Mumbai 

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION: Candidates should have a degree of  L.L.B. / L.L.M.

EXPERIENCE: Candidates should possess minimum 10 years of experience in a bank.

AGE LIMIT: Candidates expected for this post should be around 40 years of age but may be relaxed in deserving cases at the discretion of the Management.

JOB DESCRIPTION:-

Candidate will be responsible to ensure the legality of commercial transactions, advising the Bank on their legal rights and duties, including the duties and responsibilities of the team of officials in the Legal Department  for all matters pertaining to title of property, documentation, title search, charge creation, mortgages, Cersai & ROC creation, etc. He / She must be conversant with contract law, tax law, accounting, securities law, intellectual property rights, licensing, mergers / acquisitions and Co-operative laws.
