1. DETAILS FOR THE POST OF ADDL. GENERAL MANAGER (ENGG.):-
Educational Qualification: Candidate applying for the post of Addl. General Manager (Engg.) should have done at least B.E/B.Tech in Electrical/ Mechanical or equivalent from a recognized Institute/University with minimum 60% of marks or its equivalent.
Experience: Applicants require minimum 18 years of post-qualification executive experience.
Age Limit: Applying candidates should not exceed 50 years of age.
Pay Scale: Selected candidate will get Rs. 51,300 – 73,000 p.m.
2. DETAILS FOR THE POST OF MANAGER (ENGG.):-
Educational Qualification: Candidate applying for the post of Manager (Engg.) should have done at least B.E/B.Tech in Electrical/ Mechanical or equivalent from a recognized Institute/University with minimum 60% of marks or its equivalent.
Experience: Applicants require minimum 8 years of post-qualification executive experience.
Age Limit: Applying candidates should not exceed 40 years of age.
Pay Scale: Selected candidate will get Rs. 36,600 – 62,000 p.m.
3. DETAILS FOR THE POST OF DY. MANAGER (ENGG.):-
Educational Qualification: Candidate applying for the post of Dy. Manager (Engg.) should have done at least B.E/B.Tech in Electrical/ Mechanical or equivalent from a recognized Institute/University with minimum 60% of marks or its equivalent.
Experience: Applicants require minimum 6 years of post-qualification executive experience
Age Limit: Applying candidates should not exceed 48 years of age.
Pay Scale: Selected candidate will get Rs. 32,900 – 58,000. p.m.
4. DETAILS FOR THE POST OF DY. GENERAL MANAGER (ENGG.)-CIVIL:-
Educational Qualification: Candidate applying for the post of Dy. General Manager (Engg.)-Civil should have done B.E./B.Tech in Civil or equivalent from a recognized Institute/ University minimum 60% of marks or its equivalent.
Desirable: Applicants those who have done MBA / Proficiency in IT will be preferred.
Experience: Applicants require minimum 15 years of post-qualification executive experience.
Age Limit: Applying candidates should not exceed 48 years of age.
Pay Scale: Selected candidate will get Rs. 51,300 – 73,000. p.m.
5. DETAILS FOR THE POST OF ENGINEER (CIVIL):-
Educational Qualification: Candidate applying for the post of Engineer (Civil) should have done B.E./B.Tech in Civil or equivalent from a recognized Institute/ University minimum 60% of marks or its equivalent.
Experience: Applicants require minimum 2 years of post-qualification executive experience.
Age Limit: Applying candidates should not exceed 30 years of age.
Pay Scale: Selected candidate will get Rs. 24,900 – 50,500. p.m.
6. DETAILS FOR THE POST OF MANAGER (F&A):-
Educational Qualification: Candidate applying for the post of Manager (F&A) should have done B.A Economics or B.Com from recognized Institute/ University CA/ICWA and candidates those who have MBA (Fin.) from a recognized Institute/ University with minimum 60% marks or its equivalent.
Experience: Applicants require minimum 8 years of post-qualification executive experience.
Age Limit: Applying candidates should not exceed 40 years of age.
Pay Scale: Selected candidate will get Rs. 36,600 – 62,000. p.m.

8. DETAILS FOR THE POST OF ASSTT. MANAGER (F&A):-
Educational Qualification: Candidate applying for the post of Asstt. Manager (F&A) should have done B.A Economics or B.Com from recognized Institute/ University CA/ICWA and candidates those who have MBA (Fin.) from a recognized Institute/ University with minimum 60% marks or its equivalent.
Experience: Applicants require minimum 4 years of post-qualification executive experience.
Age Limit: Applying candidates should not exceed 35 years of age.
Pay Scale: Selected candidate will get Rs. 29,100 - 54,500. p.m.

Educational Qualification: Candidate applying for the post of Officer (F&A) should have done B.A Economics or B.Com from recognized Institute/ University CA/ICWA and candidates those who have MBA (Fin.) from a recognized Institute/ University with minimum 60% marks or its equivalent.
Experience: Applicants require minimum 2 years of post-qualification executive experience

11. DETAILS FOR THE POST OF GENERAL MANAGER (ENGG.):-
Educational Qualification: Candidate applying for the post of General Manager (Engg.) should have done B.E/B.Tech in Electrical/ Mechanical or equivalent from a recognized Institute/University with 60 % of marks or its equivalent.
Desirable: Candidates possessing MBA/Proficiency in IT applications.
Experience: Applicants require minimum 20 years of post-qualification executive experience
Age Limit: Applying candidates should not exceed 52 years of age.

Educational Qualification: Candidate applying for the post of Dy. General Manager (Engg.) should have done B.E/B.Tech in Electrical/ Mechanical or equivalent from a recognized Institute/University with 60 % of marks or its equivalent.
Desirable: Candidates possessing MBA/Proficiency in IT applications.

13. DETAILS FOR THE POST OF DY. GENERAL MANAGER (F&A):-
Educational Qualification: Candidate applying for the post of Dy. General Manager (F&A) should be graduated from a recognized University and CA/ICWA and for those having MBA (Fin.) from a recognized Institute/ University with minimum 60% of marks or its equivalent CGPA can also apply. However, in case of MBA (Fin.) candidate should have passed Graduation in the area of B.Com or B.A Economics (Hons.)
Experience: Applicants require minimum 15 years of post-qualification executive experience
Age Limit: Applying candidates should not exceed 48 years of age.
Pay Scale: Selected candidate will get Rs. 51,300 – 73,000. p.m.
14. DETAILS FOR THE POST OF CHIEF MANAGER (F&A):-
Educational Qualification: Candidate applying for the post of Chief Manager (F&A) should be graduated from a recognized University and CA/ICWA and for those having MBA (Fin.) from a recognized Institute/ University with minimum 60% of marks or its equivalent CGPA can also apply. However, in case of MBA (Fin.) candidate should have passed Graduation in the area of B.Com or B.A Economics (Hons.)
Experience: Applicants require minimum 12 years of post-qualification executive experience.
Age Limit: Applying candidates should not exceed 45 years of age.
Pay Scale: Selected candidate will get Rs. 43,200 – 66,000. p.m.

MODE OF PAYMENT: Applications can submit the fee either online (payment gateways) or through Demand draft and for candidates who are submitting the fee through demand draft need to issue a demand draft in favor of Rural Electrification Corporation Limited payable at New Delhi.
