NAME OF THE POST: Research Associate (RA)

NUMBER OF VACANCY: 1 Post

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: Candidates applying for the Research Associate (RA) position at IIT, Kharagpur should have done Ph. D degree in a relevant scientific discipline.

EXPERIENCE: Candidates applying for the post of Research Associate (RA) should have a background in molecular cloning, gene manipulation, gene expression and protein purification would be beneficial. However, above experience may be waived for the selection of exceptionally good candidates with publications in peer-reviewed high impact journals in the relevant field. The candidate is expected to work independently and drive the project on his/her own accord, as well as writing scientific manuscripts and training the Ph.D. students in the relevant area of research.

CONSOLIDATED COMPENSATION: Selected candidates will Upto Rs. 22,000/- p.m (depending upon qualification and experience)
