Public Service Commission West Bengal (WB PSC) Recruitment – 2014, For 185 Posts of Assistant Engineer (Civil): Public Service Commission West Bengal (WB PSC) invites application for 185 Posts of Assistant Engineer (Civil). Interested candidate found themselves eligible may apply for the mentioned vacancies as per details given below:-

NAME OF THE POST:-
Assistant Engineer (Civil): (Total 185 Posts)

AGE:-
The age of the applicant should not be more then 32 Years.

PAY SCALE:-
Selected candidates will be placed in (PB-4A) Rs. 15,600.00/- to 42,000.00/- with a grade pay of Rs. 5,400.00/-.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:-

• The essential qualifications for above mentioned vacancies are a degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent from a recognized university/Institute. And proficiency in reading, writing and speaking Bengali.
• The desirable qualification for above mentioned vacancy is 1 Year Post-Graduate practical training /Study/Research/Practical Engineering experience.

SELECTION PROCEDURE:-
Candidates will be selected on the basis of written Test to be held in April, 2014 followed by Interview.
