Educational Qualification for the government vacancy of Assistant/Accountant/Cashier/Bench Clerk (Peshkar): Candidates applying for the vacancy of Assistant/Accountant/Cashier/Bench Clerk (Peshkar) at Jharkhand State Electricity Regulatory Commission (JSERC) should have done Bachelor Degree from any recognized University and has passed Hindi/English typing exam.
