The Bhabha Atomic Research Center (BARC) is a multi-disciplinary research centre with extensive infrastructure for advanced research and development covering the entire spectrum of nuclear science, engineering and related areas. Bhabha Atomic Research Center (BARC) is named after Dr. Homi Jehangir Bhabha, the visionary who conceptulised the Indian Nuclear Programme and with few Scientists initiated the nuclear science research in India in March, 1944. Details For The Post of Medical / Scientific Officer / E:-

• Age Limit: Age of the applying candidates should be below or equal to 45 years.
• Total Emoluments: Selected candidates for the vacancy of Medical / Scientific Officer will get Rs. 87,000/-

Details For The Post of Medical / Scientific Officer/D:-

• Number of Vacancies: 03 Posts
• Educational Qualification: Candidates applying for the post of Medical / Scientific Officer at Bhabha Atomic Research Center (BARC) should have done MD (Nuclear Medicine) or DNB (Nuclear Medicine) or MD in Radiotherapy with DRM/DNM or MD in Radio-diagnosis with DRM/DNM or MD in Biophysics with DRM/DNM.
• Age Limit: Candidates applying for Medical / Scientific Officer should not be more than 40 years.
• Total Emoluments: Selected candidates will get Rs. 76,000/-.

Details For The Post of Technical Officer/D:-

• Number of Vacancies: 04 Posts
• Educational Qualification: Candidates applying at Bhabha Atomic Research Center (BARC) for the vacancy of Technical Officer should have completed 5 years of Bachelor degree in Architecture (B-Arch) with minimum 60% of marks or its equivalent.
• Age Limit: Maximum age of the applying candidates should be less than or equal to 40 years.
• Total Emoluments: Candidates selected as Technical Officer will get Rs. 62,000/-.

Details For The Post of Medical / Scientific Officer/ C:-

• Number of Vacancies: 02 Posts
• Educational Qualification: Candidates applying for the post of Medical / Scientific Officer should have done MBBS with one-year institutional experience.
• Age Limit: For the vacancy of Medical / Scientific Officer age should be below or equal to 40 for ST candidates and 38 years for OBC candidates.
• Total Emoluments: Candidates selected for the vacancy of Medical / Scientific Officer will get Rs.64,000/-.

Details For The Post of Technical Officer/C:-

• Number of Vacancy: 01 Post
• Educational Qualification: Candidates applying for the vacancy of Technical Officer/C should have done B.E./B.Tech. in Information Technology with minimum 60% of marks  or its equivalent.
• Age Limit: Candidates applying for Technical officer should be below 35 years.
• Total Emoluments: Candidates selected for the vacancy of Technical officer will get Rs. 52,000/-.

Application Fee:-

Rs 250/- to be paid through challan. Challan can be downloaded from the website.
