Details For The Post of Chief Technology Officer (CTO):-
  • Educational Qualification: Graduation in IT with 15 years in Banking experience or Post Graduation in IT with 10 years experience in banking.
  • Age Limit: under 45 years.

Details For The Post of Chief Risk Officer (Head - Risk Management):-
  • Educational Qualification: Post Graduate with CAIIB having atleast 20 years banking experience.
  • Age Limit: Below 45 years.

Details For The Post of Chief Operating Officer / GM (Operations):-
  • Educational Qualification: A Post Graduate professional with strong values and Core experience in Operations, Legal, Technology, Planning and Projects at Corporate level.
  • Age Limit: Between 45 to 50 years.

Details For The Post of Head - Human Resources Department:-
  • Educational Qualification: Post-Graduation in any discipline or MBA in HRD with law qualification – BL/LLB.
  • Age Limit: Between 40 to 45 years

Details For The Post of Head - Wholesale Banking/Corporate Accounts Group:-
  • Educational Qualification: Post-Graduation/Graduation with 20 years’ of experience in banking. CA/MBA (Finance & Marketing)/CAIIB will be added advantage.
  • Age Limit: Below 45 years.

Details For The Post of Head - Credit Monitoring:-
  • Educational Qualification: MBA or Post Graduation with CAIIB preferred. Should have atleast 20 years in banking experience.
  • Age Limit: Between 40 to 45 years.  

Details For The Post of Regional Head – Various Locations PAN India:-
  • Educational Qualification: PG or Graduate with CAIIB or CA & should have minimum 10 years of banking experience in operations, administrative/compliance and services preferably in the rank of CM/AGM.
  • Age Limit: 40 years.

Details For The Post of Deputy Chief Financial Officer:-
  • Educational Qualification: CA or Graduate/ Post Graduate in Commerce, Taxation and Accounts, CAIIB will be added advantage. Should have atleast 10 years in banking experience in the rank of CM/AGM.
  • Age Limit: Under 45 years

Details For The Post of DGM – Credit:-
  • Educational Qualification: A Graduation/ Post Graduation with CAIIB having atleast 10 years in banking experience in the rank of CM/AGM.
  • Age Limit: Under 45 years.

  • Educational Qualification: Post Graduate/Graduate with CAIIB should have atleast 5 years with practical exposure in the rank of CM/AGM.
