Educational Qualification:-

Junior Research Fellowships (JRF): Candidates applying for the various government vacancies of Junior Research Fellowships (JRF) at Defence Research & Development Organization (DRDO) under ministry of defence should have done Class B.E / B. Tech with minimum 60% of marks of its equivalent.
Senior Research Fellowships (SRF): Candidates who are interested to apply of government vacancies of Senior Research Fellowships (SRF) positions at Defence Research & Development Organization (DRDO) under ministry of defence should have completed M.E / M. Tech with minimum 60% of marks of its equivalent.

Age Limit:-
Age of the applying candidates for the JRF vacancy must not be more than 28 years and candidates applying for the SRF vacancy should be below 32 years.

Application Fee:-

Candidates applying for the post of Junior Research Fellowships (JRF) & Senior Research Fellowships (SRF) in Defence Research & Development Organization (DRDO) needs to pay Rs. 50.00/- only as an application fees and Candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC are exempted from fee payment. I.e. it is free for SC/ST/OBC candidates.

Mode of Payment:-

Applying candidates need to issue a demand draft of Rs 50/- in favor of “Director, CVRDE”.
