Detail For The Vacancy of Deputy Registrar:-

Group A Vacancy
Number of Vacancies: 02 Posts
Age Limit: Candidates applying for the vacancy of Deputy registrar should be below 45 years.
Educational Qualification: Candidates interested to apply for the vacancy of Deputy Registrar at JNU should have done a Master’s degree with at least 55% of the marks or its equivalent grade AND Nine years of experience as Assistant Professor in the AGP of Rs.6000 and above with experience in educational administration, OR Comparable experience in research establishment and/or other institutions of higher education, OR Five years of administrative experience as Assistant Registrar or in an equivalent post.
Pay Band & Grade Pay: Selected candidates shall get Pay Band-3 of Rs. 15600-39100 plus Grade Pay Rs. 7600/-.

Detail For The Vacancy of Section Officer:-

Group B Vacancy
Number of Vacancies: 11 Posts
Age Limit: Candidates applying for the vacancy of Section Officer should not be more than 40 years.
Educational Qualification: Candidates willing to apply for the vacancy of Section Officer at JNU should have done a University Degree and at least 5 years experience in Administration/Accounts/Secretarial work in a junior supervisory post in a University/Government/ Public Sector undertaking/Corporate Institution of repute and also possess knowledge in computer.
Pay Band & Grade Pay: Selected candidates shall get Pay Band-2 Rs. 9300-34800 with Grade Pay Rs. 4600/-

Detail For The Vacancy Of Personal Assistant:-

Group B Vacancy
Number of Vacancies: 11 Posts
Age Limit: Candidates applying for the vacancy of Personal Assistant should not be more than 35 years.
Educational Qualification: Candidates willing to apply for the vacancy of Personal Assistant at JNU should have passed Sr. Sec. School Certificate (10+2) with proficiency in shorthand with a speed of 120 w.p.m. and two years experience as Stenographer and also possess knowledge to operate computer.
* Note: Applying candidates are required to qualify the tests before interview.
Pay Band & Grade Pay: Selected candidates shall get Pay Band-2 Rs. 9300/-34800/- plus Grade Pay Rs.4200/-

For the Group ‘B’ & ‘C’ posts: Rs. 300/-
