Educational Qualification: Candidates interested in applying for the post of Photographer with Sikkim Public Service Commission (SPSC) should have a Three Years Diploma in Photography & Cinematography from any All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE) Recognized Institute/University, experience of at least 02 (two) years in a reputed studio or institute, and Diploma/Certificate in Computer Application from a reputed institute.

Other Requirements: An applicant should posses either Sikkim Subject Certificate or Identification Certificate issued by the competent authority under relevant orders of the State Government, Should have valid Local Employment Card, and should be conversant with the customs and usages of Sikkim.

Age Limit: an applicant applying for the post of Photographer with Sikkim Public Service Commission (SPSC) should be in between 18 years to 30 Years of age.

Pay Scale: Candidates selected for the post of Photographer with Sikkim Public Service Commission (SPSC) will be placed at the pay scale of PB - 2 of Rs. 9,300 – 34,800 plus grade pay of Rs. 3,800/-.

Application Fees: Candidates need to pay an application fees of Rs. 150 in form of Receipt of State Bank of Sikkim, credited to 0051-SPSC.
