About Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC):-

The Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) is a Constitutional body constituted with effect from 1st April 1988 The Commission advice the Government of Arunachal Pradesh on all matters relating to state civil services and publish notifications inviting applications for selection to various posts as per the requisitions of the appointing authorities, conduct written tests and interview, prepare ranked list based on the performance of the candidates and advice candidates for appointing strictly based on their merit and observing the rules of reservation as and when vacancies are reported.

Mode Of Recruitment: Temporary but likely to be permanent.

Age Limit: Age of the applying candidates should not exceed to 30 years.

Educational Qualification: Applying candidates should have done Master's Degree in the related subject or equivalent grade with good academic record.

Note: Besides fulfilling the above qualifications, the candidate must have cleared the NET/SLTE/SET.

Pay Scale: Selected candidates shall get  Rs. 15,600 - Rs. 39,100 with AGP of Rs. 6,000/- per month  plus other allowances as admissible to Arunachal Pradesh Govt. employees.

Method of Selection: The final selection of candidates shall be made on the basis of interview.

Application Fee: Interested candidates need to get an application form from the commission's office on payment of Rs. 70 /- Cash only.

How To Apply:-

Candidates  willing to apply for the vacancy of  College librarian at Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission are required to submit the following documents along with the duly application form:-

• Two copies of recent passport size photograph with self attestation in front side.
• Self-attested copies of certificates and mark-sheet from Class-X onwards up to PG level.
• Self-attested copy of APST certificate.
• Self-attested copy of matriculation certificate for proof of age
• Self attested copy of PRC in case o general.
• All supporting documents submitted by the candidates including NET/SLET/SET/Ph.D. must be Self-attested.

*Note: Envelope containing the application form should be super scribed with the "Application for the post of Assistant Professor."
