Name of the Vacancy: Civil Judge-cum-Judicial Magistrate.

Number of Vacancies: 03 Posts

Eligibility Criteria:-

• Applying candidates shall satisfy the following criteria:-
• Candidate should be citizen of India.
• Applicant should not be more than 35 years as on 26th may, 2014.
• Should be graduated in law by a University established by law in India.
• Candidate should be able to communicate in Nepali, or any other language of the State.
• Applicant should have adequate knowledge of Computer

Pay Scale:-
Selected candidates shall get Rs. 27,700-770-33,090-920-40,450-1080-44,770/- plus other allowances.

Selection Procedure:-
Candidates shall be selected on the basis of competitive examination.

Application Fee: Rs. 500/-.

Mode Of Payment:-
Applying candidates need to issue a Demand Draft in favor of the Registrar General, High Court of Sikkim, payable at Gangtok.

How To Apply:-

Applying candidates need to accomplish the following documents along with the application form, available in the office of the Registrar General:-

• Certificate of Educational Qualification, including Certificates of Class X & XII.
• 03 (three) passport size photographs should be submitted to the office of the Registrar General.

*Note: Applications which are not accompanied by the relevant documents shall be rejected.
