Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC) is a Scientific Society of the Department of Electronics and Information Technology, Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, Government of India. C-DAC's areas of expertise range from R & D work in Foundation Technologies to Product development, IP Generation, Technology Transfer and Deployment of Solutions in various sectors directly or through partnership model. Primary Thematic or Thrust Areas addressed by C-DAC are: High Performance Computing and Grid computing; Language Computing & Speech processing; Computer Science & Software Technologies including Free & Open Source Software; Professional Electronics including VLSI & Embedded Systems; Cyber-Security and Cyber Forensics; Health Informatics; and Education and Training.

Details of Vacancies:-

Registrar	1	Below 50 Years	PB-4 of Rs. 37,400-67,000 + GP of Rs. 8,900

Mode of Recruitment: Direct/ transfer (absorption).

Educational Qualification For The Vacancy Of Registrar at C-DAC:- 

For Direct Recruitment Basis: -

• Graduation in any discipline with 24 years of post-qualification experience OR LLB/Post-Graduation in any discipline with 22 years of post-qualification experience OR Company Secretary/Two years full time MBA or PG Diploma in Management/LLM with 20 years of post-qualification experience OR Ph. D. with 18 years of post qualification experience
• Half of the total experience should be in Administration/ HR/Finance/ Legal.

For Transfer (Absorption) / Deputation Basis:-
In case of Transfer (Absorption) of officers of the Central / State Govt./PSUs/ Autonomous bodies:

• Holding analogous posts on regular basis OR having 2 years of regular service in the Pay Band (PB-4) 37400-67000 with Grade Pay of Rs.8700/-) AND
• Possessing the qualification and experience prescribed for Direct Recruitment.
