Interested candidates willing to apply for the Railway recruitment at RailTel should have done Diploma of 3 years in Electronics or Telecommunication/Communication or Electrical or Electrical & Electronics or Electronics & Telecommunication/ Communication with minimum 5% marks, OR BE/B.Tech in Electronics or Telecommunication/Communication or Electrical or Electrical & Electronics or Electronics & Telecommunication/communications or IT or Computer Science or MCA with minimum 5% marks.
